Reflection :)

This was my first year ever taking a photography class,I have always loved taking pictures but I've always taken pictures on my phone.When i was in middle school i always saw high schoolers walking around campus with a camera and they would always take pictures and ever since then i was super excited because i found out that i could also be like them. At the beginning of the year i thought the class was kinda boring and i had also thought i joined the wrong class because we were learning about how to handle the camera and also how to use all the settings. I have two favorite projects from this year, my first one is the claymation because we got to use our imagination and creativity. At first it was difficult because this was my first time using a tripod and I didn't know how to maneuver it, it was also difficult because we had to reshape our characters after moving them often,after multiple attempts we got it and it was so much easier.My second favorite project was light trails/light painting because its a project that anyone can easily do just as long as you set the camera to the correct settings! When I took these pictures we used glow sticks and we also used our flashlights from our phones and put a piece of tape and colored it with a marker. It took us multiple tries but we got it. I chose this selfie because even though I'm somewhat serious at school when I'm out of school, I'm very silly and loud, depending who I'm with.
